(I’d Go The) Whole Wide World is a song written by English singer Eric Goulden, better known as Wreckless Eric. Goulden wrote the song in 1974 and recorded it in 1977. It was never a chart success for Goulden although it did chart for the Australian band Mental As Anything with their cover of the song in 1995.
